Downtown Alley Project
The City of Glenwood Springs’ alleys are an important, yet underutilized part of the City’s downtown pedestrian-friendly street network. The DDA was instrumental in facilitating the collaboration between the Garfield County Library District, Colorado Mountain College and the City to co-locate these facilities in the downtown between 9th and Grand and 9th and Cooper.
